Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Brett built a strong foundation through more than six years of hands-on property management experience and by successfully owning and operating a residential leasing and relocation company. This practical background gives him an intimate understanding of the residential market, tenant dynamics, and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they impact a deal.
